  • If the client changes their mind or decides to cancel the project after the work has started.
  • If the services provided were customized or tailored to the specific needs of the client, such as custom design or development work.
  • If the client fails to provide necessary content, materials, or feedback within the specified time frames.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of service delivery.
  • Provide details of the issue, including the service in question, your project ID, and any relevant correspondence.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Return Policy for Services

We do not have a return policy for our services, as services are intangible and cannot be returned. However, we strive to resolve any issues you may have with the final product or deliverables. We will work with you to make any necessary revisions or adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
